Chicago Pneumatic's Extended Protection is simple: Asset Protection & Peace of Mind for your business.
This program provides transferrable 3 or 5 year bumper to bumper coverage for your machines - Fleetlink connectivitiy to monitor machine health in real-time and warranty coverage if anything does go wrong.

Extended Protection FAQ
Why did you modify the program to exclude parts?
Due to logistics issues, both for us and many of our customers, we found that parts were complicating the program. If incorrect parts or quantities shipped, it was difficult to fix and many customers did not have adequate storage.
What happens if we forget to use the service registration tool?
Your local PTS sales manager will aid in reminding you and your team about this requirement, but in the instance that it is missed you will need to provide service records indicating the proper services were completed.
How long do I have to add this product to my equipment?
You have until the expiration of the factory warranty to add this protection to your equipment.
Can I sell this to an end user?
Yes, these warranties are transferrable to others. Additional warranty registration is required.
Why did the pricing change?
To simplify the program, we standardized pricing to reflect 2% of the machine value per year (+ a small FleetLink fee). The first year is excluded from the calculation as it is covered by the factory.
