Applications
Air treatment is a smart choice for rental, chemical, oil and gas, and mining applications
Reliable performance across all environments
The CPD dryers are built to last and are easy to use. They are perfect for rental jobs like pipeline drying, offshore work, exploration drilling, and sandblasting in shipyards. Every model maintains a steady dew point of -40°C/-40°F, guaranteeing optimal air quality that shields equipment downstream from contamination, freezing, and corrosion.
CPD dryers are designed to operate at pressure ranging from 7 to 15.5 bar (100 to 225 psi) and flow rates of 24-78 m³/min (880-2754 cfm). Whether utilized in the oil and gas or chemical industries, they provide a steady supply of dry air that is required for high-performance air treatment systems.
Designed for tough conditions
The CPD range of portable desiccant dryers uses activated alumina desiccant. This provides reliable moisture removal, which matches Chicago Pneumatic's reputation for quality. Built with rugged components built for tough conditions, the CPD range features 100% pneumatic controls and offers an optional dryer pre-cooler for high ambient temperatures up to 46°C (115°F) at the air inlet.
Portable and durable
Compact in size and easy to transport, each unit is engineered for fast setup and simple operation, allowing customers to deploy clean air systems quickly and efficiently without needing technical expertise.
